Are you ready to apply your skills to programs that directly protect our nation? The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) is seeking a Junior Program Analyst who is eager to grow their career while making a real-world impact.

You’ll work alongside experts, support high-priority projects, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced defense environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct funding analysis for all Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) — track obligations, advance payments, disbursements, and funding requirements.

Provide expenditure trend analysis to strengthen budgeting and obligation planning.

Monitor and report acquisition lead-time trends.

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for active projects.

Keep JPEO project records accurate, organized, and up to date.

Assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), subject to COR approval.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

1–2 years of experience in DoD/government contracting or program management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with acquisition processes and financial tracking systems.

Experience supporting federal programs or working on a military installation.
